Dirk DeRidder, MD, PhD

Professor Dirk De Ridder, MD, PhD, holds a position as a Neurosurgery professor at the Dunedin School of Medicine, University of Otago in New Zealand. With a primary focus on phantom sound and pain perceptions, he specializes in using functional imaging and neuromodulation techniques, both invasive and non-invasive, such as TMS, tDCS, tACS, tRNS, and LORETA neurofeedback.
