Rest, Restore & Resonate:
Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing

Join Samira and Erica for a deeply restorative experience combining guided Yoga Nidra with immersive Sound Healing. Samira will lead participants through gentle breathwork and Yoga Nidra, relaxing the body, quieting the mind, and grounding the nervous system. Erica will then guide the group into a Therapeutic Sound Bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other healing instruments to support relaxation, balance, and inner connection. Together, this experience creates a peaceful space to slow down, release stress, restore energy, and reconnect with yourself. Participation does not require use of a floor mat. A seated option is available for those who prefer sitting in a chair. Samira and Erica look forward to sharing this beautiful experience with everyone.
